The Co-Founders Notebook - Success is richest when it’s shared
Having spent the last weekend in sunny Falmouth, visiting friends, the annual Falmouth Week happened to be taking place.
After 6 hours of driving south, and very quickly pouring a glass of wine, we were just in time for the Pink Wig March through the town.
There is something special about seeing over a thousand people, all coming together, to support one cause. Raising as much money and awareness as possible for Breast Cancer Research.
And this got me thinking about Welf, and more importantly, our “Why”. What were we trying to build? What does our community looks like?
We are lucky enough to work with some fantastic clients, and I’d love to bring these great people together somehow. Recommendations and introductions have already been made, but I think we could do more.
I’m going to grab a coffee (and maybe a hob nob or two) and get my thinking cap on. Devise a plan on how we can create a community. One with a common goal.
Let’s create our own march!
Strong businesses don’t just grow profits – they grow communities, because success is richest when it’s shared.
Until next time,
Paul – One half of Welf
